The Lincoln Lawyer by Michael Connelly
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This was reminscent of Mickey Spillane. The echoes were there, though he is a somewhat prostitutional lawyer (OK, OK, I know some – maybe all of you – would say that the adjective applies to all lawyers). Anyway, as with the character Mike Hammer, this was an easy, relaxing read. Not much education for me though – I always like to learn something from the books I read – except perhaps how to navigate through LA. I’ll definitely read the next Connelly I come across.
Four stars is probably a bit too many, but three is definitely too few. I’ll go with four.
