Well, the Kindle version has been available for a week now and the sales have started coming in! Good to know that the marketing work is paying off. Still loads more to do though. I read John Kremer’s list yesterday – 101 ways to blog your book. Good to see that I’m already doing quite a few of them, but there’s still a lot of ideas there that I haven’t touched yet.
